| Abstract: | The article first states the concept of emergency response, the necessity of the emergency response＇ s organization and its development situation, analyses the characteristics of the campus network＇ s and situation and the characteristics of the computer emergency response system. And then accordingly it puts forward the total establishing plan of the organization of colleges and universities campus network＇ s emergency response. |
