浅谈高校图书馆与学院图书分馆建设

在分析目前高校院系资料室存在的管理体制不健全、人员素质不高等现状的基础上，提出了更新观念、理顺管理体制、提高人员素质的相应的对策和措施，将各院系资料室作为学校图书馆的一部分变为学院分馆，从而实现信息资源的共建共享和统一管理。

Simple Discussion about the Construction of University Libraries and Their Branches

On the basis of a careful analysis of the problems of college reference rooms, such as poor management system and unsatisfactory qualities of workers, the paper proposes some solutions and measures to transform college reference rooms into branches of university libraries so as to renew ideas, rationalize management system and improve the qualities of librarians. In this way, the information resources can be established together and shared and managed.
