| Abstract: | Taking the lead position of scientific and technical innovation in Tianjin, the Top 100 technology-based industrial enterprises, especially domestic enterprises, private enterprises, large-scale enterprises and young technology giants are playing a backbone role in strengthening the hi-tech innovation capacity of the city. The resource distribution of these enterprises was herein discussed. |
