| Abstract: | This paper adopted the osculating value method to evaluate the technology innovation capability of industrial enter-prises by region in shanxi and the industries were separated into categories according to osculating value.Finally it found out the problems of industrial enterprises who lack technology innovation capability in shanxi and put forward improuing measure. |
