论饭店业从业人员的服务意识

Abstract:The paper has given a primary definition for the concept of Dedication Consciousness (DC) of hotel personnel staff. Based on this, some effects of the DC on promotion of capacities and reception qualities to the service personnel staff were expatiated. Related manifest in detail of personnel staff were investigated and employed for this study. Finally, the approaches and measurements how to improve the DC of hotel staff were proposed.
