| 摘 要： | 通过对排放量大的工业固体废弃物——粉煤灰、钢渣、白泥的污染、处置等现状的分析，阐明了三大废渣的物理、化学特性，根据其物理化学特性，做了综合利用途径的可行性探讨，提出利用三大废渣制造水泥砂浆；白泥与生活垃圾混合处置填坝实现土地资源化目标。方法简单，处理量大，投资少，见效快，具有较大社会、经济效益，是固体废弃物综合利用再资源化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The essay analyzes the present situation of the large proportion of discharged solid wastecoal ash steel scoria, caustic sludge; clearly discribes the physical and chemical characteristics of the three kinds of waste.Based on this, it also discusses the feasibility of regenerating these waste, aiming at the target of making the concret mortar with soot, landfilling with the mixture of caustic sludge and garbage. It argues that the most effective way of resource regeneration should benefit both the economy and the society, with less cost, simple method and high efficiency . |
