论高校体育院系的可持续发展

采用文献资料和分析推理,指出了学科、专业、课程、师资、生源、就业等方面存在的问题严重阻碍了我国体育院系的可持续发展;分析了高校扩招、北京奥运和我国加入WTO带来的机遇与挑战,并提出了我国体育院系可持续发展的基本对策:学习先进经验;树立新的办学思想、教育观念;维护体育良好的社会形象;充实体育文化的内涵;注重体育观念的正确引导;加强学科建设,构建新的人才培养模式;办好继续教育,开展远程教育.

On the Sustainable Growth in Sports Colleges and Departments

The article firstly analyses and studies the problems that impede the sustainable growth in sports colleges and departments on the subjects, majors, teachers, source of students and employment. And it makes a further study of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the increasing enrollment, Beijing Olympic Games and WTO, and gives the essential way to deal with the problems in the process of sustainable development of physical education,i.e. learning advanced experience, establishing the guiding principle for running a school and the concept of physical education, maintaining the good image of P.E. and enriching the content of P.E., constructing the training pattern of qualified personnel,intensifying the system of further education and distance education.
