| 摘 要： | 跨国公司在扩大其投资规模的同时也在转变其投资模式,独资倾向日益明显.从博弈论的角度,通过无限回合讨价还价模型,分析跨国公司与东道国企业两个利益相关者的行为,并研究影响双方行为的因素,得出跨国公司独资化的原因和本质,为中国企业制定相应的策略提供理论支持.
