摘    要:通过问卷调查,了解和掌握了大学生体育学习的情绪特点.在教学实践中通过运用"满足需要、尊重差异、情感驱动、安全保障"等策略,不仅有效提高了体育教学质量,对改善大学生的不良情绪状态、培养健康心理也具有积极的影响.

Abstract:In this paper,college students' mood characteristics in their P.E.Learning are gotten through questionnaire survey.In the P.E.teaching practice,teachers should apply the "strategies of fulfilling needs,respecting differences,motivating emotion and guaranteeing safety",etc.Not only can it improve P.E.teaching quality,but also has positive influence on improving college students' negative mood and cultivating their sound psychology.
