| 摘 要： | 运用文献、调查、统计等方法,分析了安徽省健身娱乐业资源现状及存在的问题,认为,目前安徽省健身娱乐业存在着人力资源总体素质不高、场所设施结构不合理、经营方式和健身指导技术滞后、营销水平低等问题,提出＂应从加强人力资源开发和管理、优化场所设施结构、推进健身指导科学化、提高场所运营水平等方面来优化行业资源＂的建议.

| Abstract: | By adopting literature,investigation and statistics,the article analyzes current situations and problems of the resources of Anhui fitness and entertainment,and presents a method of optimize the current resources.It concludes that problems of the industry mainly including the poor quality of human resources,irrational place facilities structure,backward fitness direction and operational way,and low level of marketing.It is proposed that the ways to optimize industry resources are intensifying the development and management of human resources,perfecting the structure of arena and facility,advancing fitness direction and promoting the operational level of arena. |
