松针和啤酒相互作用吸收光谱研究

摘    要:采用光谱分析技术,研究了松针萃取液及其与啤酒相互作用的吸收光谱,结果表明,二者大部分波段的吸光度是相似的,松针萃取液和啤酒相互作用吸收光谱的吸光度与松针萃取液的吸光度相比明显增强,且峰值位置产生了一定的位移.但300—375nm段的吸光度有较明显的差异,表现出吸收光谱在吸光度和峰值位置上的差异.

Abstract:The absorption spectrum of pine needle and the mixture of pine needle and beer have been studied by using the method of spectrum analysis technique. The results indicated that there is obvious difference around 300-375nm, although the absorbance values of the two samples are almost similar in the most bands. The absorbance values and the position of peaks are different obvious.
