芦丁微乳化研究

摘    要:微乳是一种澄清透明的、低黏度的、各向同性且热力学稳定的油水混合系统,由表面活性剂和助表面活性剂共同起稳定作用.本研究以花生油/吐温20-斯潘20-无水乙醇/水体系制备空白微乳,通过伪三元相图法,对配方进行最佳空白微乳选择,通过紫外分光光度法进行考察.微乳体系中芦丁的溶解度为1.523 mg/mL,是芦丁在水中溶解度的24.4倍,在油相溶解度的4.3倍.

Abstract:Microemulsions are transparent,thermodynamically stable,ow-viscosity,isotropic mixtures of oil,water and surfactant,frenquently in combination with a co-surfactant.In this paper,an O/W microemulsion that consists of non-ionic surfactant Tween20 and Span 20,cosurfactant ethanol and Peanutoil was developed.The best ratio of microemulsion system was developed with pseudo-temary phase diagram.By the method of UV spectrophotometry scenery,we investigated the solubility of rutin and propolis in the O/W microemulsion system.The results showed that in the O/W microemulsion system the solubility of rutin was 1.523 mg/mL which was 24.4 times in the water,and 4.3 times in the oil.
