齿轮减速器优化设计及模态分析

摘    要:以单级圆柱直齿轮减速器为研究对象,运用优化设计软件MATLAB优化设计了减速器,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对设计的主动齿轮进行了动力学模态分析,设计了满足工作要求且体积相对较小的齿轮减速器,为齿轮传动系统的最优化设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:It takes a single-stage cylindrical spur gear reducer as the researched object, uses MATLAB optimal design soft ware to design gear reducer, and uses ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze driving gear by dynamic modal analysis method, completes the design of gear reducer which can meet working requirement and with a relatively small volume, it lays the foundation for optimal design of gear transmission system.
