Political writing has been playing an important part in the political,economical and cultural communication between China and foreign countries.So the C-E translation of political writings is very important.Differences of language usage and culture as well as the special features of political writing make its translation complicated.German Functionalist Approach emphasizes the intended functions of the target text,so it guides the translator to translate of political writing dialectically.
