后危机时代发展小额外贸问题探讨

小额外贸作为一种新型的贸易形式,在金融危机后快速发展起来。全球经济衰退、人民币升值、电子商务平台的发展完善以及经营者思想的转变等原因为小额外贸的发展提供了良好环境。贸易周期短、资金回收快、利润高等优势使小额外贸在中小企业中备受青睐。但是,法律风险的存在以及订单分散而造成的售前售后成本提高等缺陷也制约着小额外贸的进一步发展。本文最后,对中小企业开展小额外贸提出了建议。

THE DISCUSSION ON THE MATTERS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL ORDERS IN FOREIGN TRADE DURING THE POST-CRISIS ERA

As a new form of international trade,small orders in foreign trade have been developing rapidly after the financial crisis.The global economic weakness,RMB appreciation,development and improvement of e-commerce platform,operators＇ thinking shift and other reasons provide a favorable environment for its development.Short trade cycle,fast recovery of funds and high profit made small order trade favored by SMEs.But legal risk and high cost before and after-sale have restricted the further development of small order trade.In the end,this paper analyses the development trend of small order trade and puts forward some suggestions for SMEs to carry out small order of international trade.
