摘    要:以普通渐开线齿轮为研究对象,考虑时变刚度和固定的阻尼系数,建立齿轮振动微分方程,求出齿轮传动齿面动载荷;并基于ANSYS软件平台,建立齿根含裂纹的齿轮模型,利用APDL语言加载齿面动载荷和求解裂纹动态应力强度因子,得出其变化规律.

Calculation of Dynamic Stress Intensity Factor for Spur Gear Based on ANSYS

Abstract:This article taking the general involute gear as research object,considering time-varying stiffness and fixing damping factor,establishes a vibration differential equation of gear and finds out the dynamic load on the surface of meshing spur gears.A model of gear with a crack in dedendum is established based on ANSYS software.The dynamic load of tooth surface and the dynamic stress intensity factor of the cracked gear tooth are loaded and calculated using APDL language.And the changing regularity is obtained.
