生态学视域下学校危机管理策略

学校管理运行体系是一个独特的社会生态系统,学校生态系统的发育是按照社会生态系统的发展规律开展的。在某种情况下生态系统失衡为系统非常态,当系统处于非常态下,可能导致生态危机发生。学校危机管理是学校管理的重要内容,具有很现实的社会安全价值。管理主体应采取有效措施预防危机,及时预警危机,积极应对危机,特别是适时、适地置入生态干预因子,以防止危机的出现和系统的灾变,从而维护和保持学校生态系统的平衡、稳定和发展。

School management operation system is a unique subsystem of social ecology and the school ecosystem is developed in accordance with the laws of development of social ecosystem.Under a certain state the unbalance of ecosystem is an abnormal state of the system in which ecological crises may arise.School crisis management is the main content for school management and has a realistic social security value.The management subject shall adopt such strategies as effective crisis prevention strategy,timely crisis early-warning strategy,active crisis responding strategy and especially,ecological intervention factor strategy to avoid crisis and catastrophe of the system,thus to safeguard and maintain balance,stability and development of school ecosystem.
