一步法制备CeO_2纳米涂层

摘    要:采用一步法制备了CeO2纳米涂层,分析了涂层表面结构。发现一步法制备的涂层保护层表面存在裂纹和孔洞,为了提高薄膜的表面质量,通过改变升温和冷却速度等,企图优化一步法制备条件,但实验结果表明一步法无法得到表面质量高的CeO2薄膜涂层。

CeO2 Nano-coating Film Prepared in One Step

Abstract:The nano-coating CeO2 films were deposited on Ni substrates by one step MOD method.The phase formation and surface of CeO2 films were studied and analysed.One-step process caused the surface of CeO2 films to crack easily.In order to improving the quality of film,we changed the rate of warming up and cooling.The result shows that this change is not the best way to avoid the appearance of cracks and holes.
