| 摘 要： | 王道和霸道是两种不同的政治手段，各有其依据，各具特色。先秦儒家推崇王道，对霸道看法不一。孔孟荀崇尚王道，孟子反对霸道，荀子接受霸道，主张王霸兼用，反对权谋，荀子的为政思想更为现实。荀子的王霸兼用思想对当今处理内外事务具有一定的借鉴意义。
