卧螺离心机实时监测与故障自愈系统研究

摘    要:针对离心机机组在运行过程中容易出现振动、扭矩过大等故障的特点,开发了一套集实时状态监测与故障自愈为一体的自愈调控系统,同时为机组稳定长期运行提供可靠的保障。文中介绍了系统的整体结构和功能,并对设备的故障自愈调控系统进行研究。

Abstract:A centrifuge might stop running and cause considerable lost due to mechanical faults. A monitoring and controlling system was developed, which involves both real-time monitoring and fault self-recovering, and provides a guarantee for a long-term running. The paper presents the whole structure and function of the system and illustrates our work for the fault self-recovering of a plant.
