| 摘 要： | 电网的运行状况瞬息万变,调度监控系统要准确了解、判断、管理和指挥电网的运行,必须要有一个统一时钟。论述了RTU对时间同步精度的要求,在此基础上提出了利用GPS来提高RTU对时精度,该方法具有授时精度高并能有效地进行电网相量异地同步测量等优点。

| Abstract: | The status of running change very fast in electric power network. The system of dispatch needs an accurate understanding, judging, managing, and commanding running of electric power network, so it must have a united clock.The article introduces a way to improve the accuracy of correct clock on RTU.On RTU requires real time synchronous clearly. |
