摘    要:本文通过扫描电镜,对黑龙江虎耳草科(Saxifraceae)3属12种代表植物的成熟叶片表皮细胞、气孔器、表皮毛、角质膜和蜡质纹饰进行了比较研究.结果表明:表皮细胞呈无规则型,垂周壁浅波纹或深波纹,气孔器分布于下表皮,气孔器均为无规则型.大多数植物种类具有表皮毛,可分为三种类型:针状毛、星状毛、腺状毛.角质膜纹饰呈块状或波状纹饰.这些微形态特征在种间存在差异,为植物形态学提供资料,同时也具有一定的分类意义.

Abstract:By using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), this paper studies the patterns of epidermal cells, stomatal apparatus and epidermal hair, outer stomatal ledge, inner margin of outer stomatal ledge, cuticular membrane and wax ornamentation in leave cells of Saxifraceae in Heilongjiang Province, including 3 generic (Philadelphus, Deutzia and Ribes) and 12 species. The epidermal cells are irregular in shape. The patterns of anticlineal wall are sinuolate or sinuate. The lower epidermis have anomocytic stomatal apparatus, while the upper epidermis have or have not anomocytic stomatal apparatus. Most of the plants have epidermal hair, which can be classified into 3 kinds: styliform hair,stellate hair and glandular hairs. The cuticular ornamentation shows insular or undulate-striate. The patterns differ among species. The study has referential value in comparing morphological features among plants and finding out the evolutionary relationship between genera. The study also has some value in classification of plants.
