覆铜箔层压板专用双酚A二缩水甘油醚/双氰胺体系的固化反应动力学

摘    要:采用程序升温DSC法研究了覆铜箔层压板专用的双酚A二缩水甘油醚(DGEBA)/双氰胺(DICY)体系的非等温固化反应动力学.分别采用Kissinger和Ozawa-Flynn-Wall方程推导了该固化体系的固化动力学方程,并计算了固化反应活化能.结果表明,Kissinger方程能够较好地反映该体系非等温固化过程中放热峰顶温度的动力学参数,而Ozawa-Flynn-Wall方程则可在较大的固化度范围内描述该固化体系的动力学参数.

Abstract:The cure kinetics of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA)/dicyandiamide (DICY) system was investigated under temperature programming curing conditions. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the thermo analytical technique was used to determine the cure kinetics of this system. The cure kinetic equations were deduced from Kissinger equation and Ozawa Flynn Wall equation, by which the mathematical technique was used to evaluate the parameters of the cure kinetics, the reaction order and activity energy. The results show that both of the cure models are in a good agreement with the experimental data.
