冲模切管的受力分析及刀片设计

摘    要:从理论上对双冲切管方法进行论证,以切刀剪切过程中废屑外翻为条件,保证切断质量,从而确定切刀刀刃的理论曲线形状,由该曲线得知;刀刃尖部过于细长,在冲切过程中容易折断。采用双冲法保证了管子剪切质量及刀片寿命。还在受力分析的基础上进行了刀具设计。

Abstract:Dipe cutting by Double Punching is an ideal and efficient method.On the basis of Scrap Out Going,the theoretical curve of the punch is deduced.According to the curve,the front of the punch is too slender and fracture easily in cutting.Double punching Method cut a slot on one side of the pipe first,then punch into the slot and cut off the pipe.High quality of the pipe end is obtained and the life of the punch is prolonged by this method.The shape of the punch is also clesigned on the basis of the mechanical analysis.
