| Abstract: | The research or nonsteroidal post-coital antifertility agent is rapidly developed abroad, but there are few reports in China. For improving the sources of antifertility drugs and providing the best choice for clinic purpose, we have synthesised E-1487. The evidences showed that the procedure of synthesis is reliable, especially after reorganizing the synthesis process, the ratio of products can be improved clearly. Therefore, it is considered to be worthily manufactured. |
