镍电镀厂废水中磷酸盐,亚磷酸盐的离子色谱法测定

摘    要:本文报道一个测定镍电镀厂废水中磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐的离子色谱测定法.方法使用Hamilton PRP—X100阴离子柱,pH7.5的5毫摩尔对羟基苯甲酸作流动相,电导检测;亚磷酸根与磷酸根的分离度大于1.5,线型范围0—2.5μg磷,相关系数大于0.999,磷酸根的最低检测浓度(进样20μl)1.4ppm,亚磷酸根的最低检测浓度0.4ppm.样品前处理使用独特的串联离子交换树脂小柱,步骤简单,标准添加回收率90.4—104.3%.

Abstract:In this paper, an ion- exchange HPLC method for the separation and determination of phosphate and phosphite in waste water of electrodes plating of nickel had been built up. The method used a Hamilton PRP-X100 anion column for separation, an aqueous of 5m mole p- hydroxybenzoic acid (pH 7.5) as mobile phase, a flow rate of 3ml/ min . and a conductivity detector for detection, and it had a resolution that was larger than 1.5 (phosphate/ phosphite), a lowest detection limit of 0.4 ppm for phosphite and 1.4 ppm for phosphate. The procedures of the pretreatment of sampl had been researched.
