摘    要:献身于教育事业的教师除需有高尚的职业道德和较精深的专业文化知识外,还必需具有从事教书育人工作的各种职业技能。笔者对浙江万里学院90年以来毕业的师范生进行了问卷式调查。认为师范教育虚始终突出师范特色能的培养和教育外,对直接影响教学效果的教师职业口语表达能力的培养和训练在目前情况下,也要引起足够的重视。

Abstract:Teachers devoting themselves to the cause of education should be versatire in professional skills, in addition to theirvirtue and profound knowledge scope. The author's have made a questionaire investigation on graduates from the normalschool since 1990 and come to a conclusion that features of normal school education should always be stressed besides cultivation of teachers' virtue and skills. At present, it is very important to pay attention to the factors tha affect teaching resultscaused by lack of strengthening the teachers' ability of oral expression.
