| Abstract: | Based on the study of T-DMB (terrestrial-digital multimedia broadcasting) mobile TV standard technology, a T-DMB encoder has been designed and implemented. The encoder basically includes the voice/image capture module, voice compression module, image compression module, audio-video synchronization module and external encoding module, realized by VC coding. Real time data captured by microphone and camera can be encoded, generating the transmission data stream consistent with the T-DMB standard. Testing results show that the encoder can complete the relevant coding work steadily, and the encoded data can be played smoothly by DMBPlayer. Multimedia broadcasting stations can be constructed based on the designed encoder. |
