摘    要:基于KPI分析和构建了我国高等学校员工绩效考核基本模型和维度模型,深入研究了维度模型的KPI维度,KPI要素和KPI元素.实现了KPI的算法,为我国高等学校员工绩效考核提供了重要参考依据.
