| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对6个不同种群冰草过氧化物酶进行检测分析,并用排序分析法对其亲缘关系进行了比较.结果表明：不同种群的冰草叶片具有不同酶谱,从酶谱分析中看出：呼伦贝尔的冰草和赤峰巴林右旗的冰草亲缘关系较远,其它4个种群冰草亲缘关系较近.

| Abstract: | The perosidase isoenzyme of leaves of six different species bevy agropyron cristatum were studied by the method of polyacrylamide gelelcrophoresis andwere studied by the method of index analysis.The results showed the leaves of different species bevy of agropyron cristatum have different enzyme spectrum zone.The consanguinity of agropyron cristatum from hulunbeier is distanted to agropyron cristatum from balinyouqi of Chifeng,the others are closed in the consanguinity. |
