奥曲肽和垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血疗效及副作用对比分析

目的:采用随机分类方法,观察奥曲肽和垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油两种方法治疗肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉(EGV)破裂出血疗效及副作用。方法:37例病例分成两组,奥曲肽组19例,垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油组(以下简称联合用药组)18例。结果:两组治疗食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血止血成功率:奥曲肽组85.5%,联合用药组85.0%。失败率:奥曲肽组14.5%,联合用药组15.0%。两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。副作用:奥曲肽组10.5%,联合用药组27.7%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:两组方法治疗EGV破裂出血止血成功率基本相似,但联合用药组副作用率明显高于奥曲肽组。

Contrastive analysis of the efficiency and side-effect of octreotide and pituitrin in combination with nitroglycerine in the treatment of acute variccel bleeding in cirrhotic patients

Objective: To investigate and analyse the efficiency and the side-effect of octreotide and pituitrin in combination with nitroglycerine for bleeding control of esophageal gastric varices(EGV) through a randomized clinical trial.Methods: 37 patients have been randomly divided into two groups,with 19 in the octreotide group and 18 in the combination group.Results: In the two groups mentioned above,the success rate of bleeding control is 85.5% and 85% respectively;the side-effect rate is 10.5% and 27.2%,which shows no statistical significant differences in the two groups in success rate(P>0.05) but in the rate of side-effect(P<0.05).Conclusions: The efficiency for bleeding control of esophegeal gastric varices is similar in the two groups,but the side-effect in combination group increases significantly.
