| 摘 要： | 研究不同制作条件下Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷断口形貌与韧性的关系，当温度在１１６０～１３４０℃烧结时断口平面凹凸不平起伏很大，具有较好的韧性．当加入烧结助剂总量达质量百分数９％时，过多的烧结助剂会形成低熔点化合物存在于片层组织之间，降低了Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷的强度与韧性．
