莲子贮存蛋白基因的表达与子叶叶肉细胞的变构

摘    要:莲子贮存蛋白基因(SPG)的表达受发育调控。子叶叶肉细胞变构早于SPG的开始表达,随发育过程加剧。在贮存组织中细胞变构的发生有严格的时空顺序性。变构主要表现在细胞核体积增大,外形变不规则,染色质分布不均匀化,核膜局部消失。

Abstract:The storage protein genes (SPG) expression in lotus seed is controlled by development. The appearance of allostric phenomenon of mesophyllous cells in cotylebon is carlier than the beginning of SPG expression, it is intensive along with developing process. In storage tissue the cell allostric phenomenon occurs in strict spatio- temporal sequence, it mainly displays as follows: the volume of nucleus is increased, external form is irregular, the distribution of chromatin is heterogeneous, nucleolus is disintegrated, local nuclear membrane is disappeared. A few of nuclear substance surrounded by nuclear membrane vesicles overflow was found for the fust time. The Central large vacuole in the cytoplasm was segregated. A lot of vacuoles of different resources occur. The amount of endoplasmic reticulum and dictysome is increased, the interspace between strepsinema is swelled by accumulation of proteins and broken down, and finally developed into different sizes of protein vesicles(PV). The ribosomes and flocculen or massive storage proteins are separated in cytoplasm. SP and PV enter into vacuoles and plastids in all sorts of ways and both of the later came into different kinds of protein bodies.
