学科评估结果的理性评判及其与世界一流学科建设的关系

高校学科评估结果及其变化与学科发展的动态性和参评规则紧密相关,需在理性评判的基础上读懂学科评估的本质。学科评估与世界一流学科建设在性质与目的、管理对象和管理方式等方面存在较大差异,但也可以通过目标引领、管理互补和制度构建实现一定程度的结合与统一。学科评估与世界一流学科建设的现实路径与根本出路还在于学科国际评估与认证制度。我国大学需要积极参与学科国际评估与认证,逐步形成和内化学科评估国际化理念,建立常态化学科国际评估机制,加强同区域内国际评估与认证机构的联系,推进国内学科国际评估体系建设,并注重学科国际评估文化的培育。

Rational Judgments of Discipline Evaluation Results and Relationship Between Discipline Evaluation and World First-class Discipline Construction

The discipline evaluation results and their changes are closely related to both the dynamic nature of discipline development and evaluation rules,which needs to be judged rationally to comprehend the essence of discipline evaluation.There are great differences between the discipline evaluation and world first-class discipline construction in nature,purpose,and management object and methods.But they can be combined and unified to a certain extent through goal guidance,complimentary management and system construction.It is a practical path and basic outlet for discipline evaluation and world first-class discipline construction to take part in international discipline evaluation and accreditation.Universities in China should actively participate in international discipline evaluation and accreditation,gradually cultivate and internalize international discipline evaluation ideas,build normal and international discipline evaluation mechanism,strengthen the links with international discipline evaluation and accreditation bodies in the region,make efforts to propel international discipline evaluation systems construction and pay attention to international discipline evaluation culture cultivation.
