| 摘 要： | 采用先蒸干溶剂，再以香草醛－浓硫酸为显色剂进行比色的方法，测定４个产地胀果甘草（ＧｌｙｃｙｒｒｈｉｚａｉｎｆｌａｔａＢａｔａｌ．）中甘草酸的含量，结果表明，其含量有很大差异。本方法的摩尔吸光系数为４．９×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，平均回收率为１０２．１％。

| Abstract: | A method in determining the content of glycyrrhizin in Glycyrrhiza inflata produced in Neimeng,Xinjiang Ningxia and Hebei Province was reported.After extraction the extraction solvent was vaporized first then colorimetric estimation of glycyrrhizin was made with vanillin-sulphuric acid in the absence of hydrolysis.The result showed that glycyrrhizin content in Glycyrrhiza inflata produced in Neimeng is higher(8.9%)than that produced in others, which may originate from the differences in siol,latitude,climate etc.The sensitivity ε is 4.9×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and the linear equation is A=-5.652×10-3+0.186 7C, γ=0.994 3. The recovery rate of glycyrrizin is between 97.8% and 105.7%. |
