| 摘 要： | 压电压力波法是用聚偏氟乙烯（ＰＶＤＦ）压电膜产生压力波来测量固体介质中空间电荷分布的一种新方法，介绍了用压电膜产生压力脉冲波的原理与方法以及压力法测量固体介质中空间电荷分布的原理，实验结果表明这种测量方法能很好地用于固体介质中空间电荷分布特性的测量。 |

| Abstract: | A new method for measuring space charge distribution in solid dielectrics called Piezo-PWP is presented in this paper. Both the generation of the pressure wave and the principle of this method are discussed, and the experimental results shows that the Piezo-PWP method can be well used to study the distribution of the space charge in solid dielectrics. |
