新时期江西农民收入状况浅析

江西省委、省政府历来十分重视“三农”问题。新时期江西农民收入增长比较快，但幅度不大，具体情况是工资性纯收入和外出务工收入增加较快，一产纯收入仍占主要份额，地区发展不平衡。影响江西农民收入的因素有：二、三产的比重太少，农民非企业组织收入少，农民家庭收入增长慢。要增加农民收入，一是要建立现代农业和非农产业的经营形式；二是要加快农村小城镇建设；三是要增加农村人力资本投资；四是要积极引导农民外出务工以增加农民的劳务收入。

Analysis of Jiangxi Farmers' Income in the New Period

The Jiangxi provincial government has always attached great importance to the ＂three rural issues＂. The income of Jiangxi farmers in the new era grows faster, but not marginally, for the wages of migrant workers and net income increased rapidly, producing a net income of the first industry which still accounts for the major share of uneven regional development. The factors that impact on the income of farmers in Jiangxi province are： the income of the second and third industries occupies small proportion, and the income of farmers＇ non-business organizations is less, and farmers income grows slowly. To increase their income, it is necessary to establish a modern agricultural and non-agricultural industries in the form of business; the second is to speed up the construction of small towns in rural areas; the third is to increase rural investment in human capital; the last is to guide actively the farmers to increase the labor income of migrant workers.
