Abstract:Conflict is a common phenomenon in all kinds of organization. It is subject to the characteristics of the very organization and the social and cultural environment to which the organization belongs. The authors investigate in the article a series of the problems as to the types,features,causes and state of the conflict phenomena within the enterprise in our country.
