| 摘 要： | 合型力是压铸机主要的压铸工艺参数。针对压铸机计算机控制系统合型力在线检测的要求，研制了应变式合型力传感器，介绍了它的工作原理及其特点。应用结果表明，它可以满足小型压铸机计算机控制系统合型力在线检测的要求。

| Abstract: | Rated-locking force is the main die-casting technology parameter of a die-casting machine. According to the reguest of on-line detection to the computer control system, strain-sensor is developed. The operation principle. characters and performance are also introduced. Application results indicate that it could fit for the online detection of computer control system small-scale die-casting machine. |
