| 摘 要： | 讨论了项目驱动和园林人才培养的内在联系，并从园林企业的需求和园林行业的发展两方面阐述了培养应用型园林专业人才的必要性，进而提出新时期园林专业人才培养方向的定位，指出教学内容应注重专业核心技能的培养以及“模块式”创新实践教学体系，才能使园林专业人才培养与社会需求相适应．

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the intrinsic link project-driven and garden personnet training, and me necessity of training the application landscape architecture professionals from the garden needs of enterprises and the development of the garden industry, and puts forward the direction of the positioning of the new era garden professional personnel training, which should be focused on the professional core skills training as well as a ＂module＂ innovative practice teaching system, garden professional personnel training to adapt to social needs. |
