马铃薯生物信息研究平台序列分析模块的开发与应用

摘    要:研究开发了马铃薯生物信息研究平台的子系统——马铃薯生物信息序列分析模块。该模块采用MATLAB7.0与C#混合编程的方案实现,即将编写的.m文件用combuilder做成COM组件,然后在C#中调用COM组件实现该功能模块。主要介绍了马铃薯生物信息研究平台序列分析模块的实现与应用,包括统计密码子、画出碱基分布密度图、查找序列ORF、相似序列搜索等。实验表明,该功能模块同目前已有的相关软件相比,使用更方便,能获得更好的分析结果。

Abstract:The sequence analysis module of the potato bioinformation proposed in this paper is a subsystem of the first domestic potato bioinformation research platform.This module was realized using mix programming of MATLAB 7.0 and C#,namely the.m files compiled by ourselves were turned into COM groupware with the combuilder software,then the COM module was transfered in C# to realize the function module.This paper mainly introduced the realization and the application of the sequence analysis module in the potato bioinformation research platform,including statistics of codon,draw of the distribution density chart of basic group,search of sequence ORF,search of similar sequence and so on.The experiment results indicate that,comparing with the existing website or software,the use of the function module is more convenient and it has a better result.
