| Abstract: | In the light of the collecting-borrowing-reading-learning integrated management mode carried out in university library, this paper points out that the librarians should establish advanced ideological concept, cherish posts and devote wholeheartedly to work, possess skilled technical competencies, excellent physical and psychological qualities, and do the best to library's service work. |
