摘    要:介绍了隐孢子虫的生活形态以及隐孢子虫病的传播情况,通过对欧美等国爆发的隐孢子虫病的分析,指出传统的水处理工艺不能有效地去除侵入水中的隐孢子虫卵囊,应该对现有的处理系统进行改造.紫外线灭活隐孢子虫研究的进展情况表明,紫外线对其的灭活率达到99%和99.99%时,紫外线剂量分别为11mJ/cm^2和19mJ/cm^2.最后建议确定简单合理的检测方法,并加强紫外线灭活污水中隐孢子虫的研究.

Abstract:This paper introduces the living morphology of cryptosporidium and the transmission of cryptosporidiosis, and indicates that traditional water treatment processes ineffectively get rid of cryptosporidium oocysts intrading into water, and the existing treatment system should be introfited through the analysis of the outbreaks of cryptosporidiosis in Europe and USA. The development of studys on inactivation of cryptosporidium using ultraviolet light indicates that the UV dose of ultraviolet light required for 99% and 99.99% inactivation of cryptosporidium was 11?mJ/cm~2 and 19?mJ/cm~2, respectively. Finally, the author suggests that a kind of simple and reasonable measurement should be determined, and studies on UV inactivation of cryptosporidium in wastewater should also be strengthed.
