摘    要:嫁接技术主要有劈接法,靠接法等,可根据不同植物的形态和特征等属性选择适当的嫁接方法,以利于植物的再生长.对嫁接技术提高植物抗冷能力的研究进展进行了综述,其作为一种提高部分茄类和瓜类植物抗冷能力的应用技术,已取得了一定的效果.目前研究嫁接提高瓜类和茄类植物抗冷能力的机制,主要是增加了渗透调节物质的积累、降低了质膜透性,改变了植物内可溶性蛋白质、糖类的含量,增加了保护酶活性等.

Abstract:Splitting the main access method belongs to grafting techniques.According to different plant morphology and characteristics,we could choose the appropriate grafting methods in order to facilitate the re-growth of plants.This pape reviewed the research on enhancing the anti-cold ability of grafting plants.As a kind of applicated technology to improve cold resistance capacity of Solanum melon,grafting technique has achieved obvious effects.The present study that research on the mechanism of improving cold resistance capacity of melons and eggplan,we mainly take measures such as increasing osmolyte accumulation,reducing membrane permeability,changing the soluble protein,carbohydrate content,and increasing activity of protective enzymes and so on.
