| 摘 要： | 首先讨论了工程学科的远程教育和培训概念，它是远程服务概念中的一部分，然后，从工科教育的角度出发提出了对系统的组成要求，它应该由三部分组成，接着给出了工科远程教育的系统模型方案，并就相关的教学运行方式做了阐释，提出了工科远程教育培训的系统原型，最后总结了工科远程教育的教学运行模式。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the distance learning and training concept of engineering science is discussed. The requirement of engineering science education to the distance learning is promoted, then three parts of the system and the distance learning prototype of engineering science are promoted. Finally the model of teaching organization is explained. |
