| 摘 要： | 生物进化树是生物进化序列的特殊表现形式，它是生物进化论研究取得的重要成就，但生物进化树仍存在一些模糊问题．本文根据现代生物学、生物进化论、古生物学成就，就存在的模糊问题、产生原因及研究意义进行了浅简的论述.
