层次分析法在本科教学评估中的应用研究

为提高本科教学评估的可靠性,有效发挥指标评价的导向作用,推进管理创新和教学水平提升,对本科教学评估情况进行研究,建立指标体系与层次结构模型.用层次分析法分析计算,得到指标权重和评估本科教学的主要指标.研究表明,学生的基本理论与技能、师资队伍的结构和数量、学生就业情况对评价结果产生较大影响,应作为提高和建设的重点.

Application of AHP in the undergraduate education evaluation
