中性蛋白酶抗噬菌体生产菌株KRP406的选育

摘    要:从中性蛋白酶产生菌枯草芽孢杆菌ys94菌株出发,用混合噬菌体选育出KRP406抗噬菌体变异株.在摇瓶条件下,结果表明,KRP406抗株抗多种噬菌体和不同的混合噬菌体,噬菌体从异常发酵液等获得与制备.在同时间的工业生产中,KRP406抗株的平均酶活力655lu/ml,此酶活超过原生产菌株ys94产生的酶活587u/ml.

Abstract:The phage-resistant variant KRP406 strain was selected and bred by phage-mixture from the neutral-protease producer, phage sensistive strain Bacillus subtilis ys94. The result showed that the strain KRP406 resisted varrious phages and different phage-mixture obtained and prepared from abnomal fermented liquor and other sources, under the condition of shaking flask and at the industrial production level. The average neutral-protease activity of the phage-resistant strain KRP406 was 6551 u / ml. It was 587u / ml over and above the original neutral-protease producer ys94 did.
