工业锅炉房负荷最优分配的研究

摘    要:工业锅炉房负荷分配的最优化是达到其优化运行的最主要的途径之一。现有的负荷优化分配方法都依赖于工业锅炉的燃料耗量特性曲线。这里提出的最小差法(MDM)模型,仅需两组容易得到的数据,如锅炉经济工况和压火工况下的数据。同时还介绍了该模型的计算机算法。通过实例计算的结果与文献中的结果的比较,证明最小差法模型精度较高也更实用。

Abstract:Optimization of load assignment is one of the major approaches to the optimal operation of industrial boiler plants. It is unlike the existing methods of load assignment that rely on complete load curves of boilers: the minimized departure model (MDM) presented in the paper needs merely the accessible data of two typical working conditions such as the conditions with the highest boiler efficiency and with no-load. The algorithm of MDM is introduced in the paper. Computation results show that, through comparisons between MDM and other existing models, MDM is more accurate and applicable.
