| 摘 要： | 分析了测定光栅常数或测定光的波长时把斜入射当作正入射考虑所引起的误差，结果表明：当入射光线与光栅不垂直而偏离的角度α小于3°时。这部分误差较小而可以忽略，但随着偏离角度的增大，测量误差会显著增加．

| Abstract: | Analyzes the error in measuring grating constant or incidence light wavelength when consider oblique incidence as normal incidence. The results show that when incidence light and grating are not at right angles, but deviate angles α are less than 3°, the error is very little. With the angles increasing, measuring error increases obviously. |
